Студия Riot Games не планирует отказываться от создания собственной MMORPG по миру League of Legends. Сооснователь компании Марк Tryndamere Мерилл даже уверен,СоосновательRiotGamesпошутилодатерелизаMMORPGпо что этому жанру нужен глоток свежего воздуха. О планах студии на игру он рассказал в интервью порталу Game File.
По мнению Мерилла, возродить популярность MMORPG поможет чувство ностальгии — многие геймеры ранее увлекались такими тайтлами, но со временем это приелось. Однако Riot Games готова предоставить знакомые элементы в новой более привлекательной оболочке.
